HubTown Website Design

Hubtown's homepage feels like a cinematic brand film for a property developer — a percentage preloader that ends on Ready to Explore, then oversized line-broken headlines labelled Future, Innovation, Collaboration, Excellence, Purpose and Legacy. Designers will like how one-word chapter labels and pill buttons keep a big corporate story easy to follow.

Animation developers get a serious stack: Three.js with custom shaders, GSAP ScrollTrigger and Lenis smooth scrolling carrying each chapter, plus a sound toggle and carousel controls. It's a strong reference for real estate and infrastructure brands that want to feel visionary rather than brochure-like.
